This is a cosplay of Soop, the mermaid. This is based on what she wore in the Welcome to Pixie Hollow book.
And as a bonus, this is not my outfit for the contest but here is something I made in the original Pixie Hollow... Keep in mind that it was over 10 years ago. Pah is Soop's friend btw.
Wow, this is extremely accurate! The headdress is perfect for this cosplay!
