1.0 issues

I've recently logged on after a couple failed attempts to access the game, and to my dismay I still cannot access 1.0 (or 2.0, for that matter). Every time I try to access the game I get stuck on a black screen. I'm using Chrome on a Mac and I've tried using Opera, but nothing has worked. I've set my settings to always allow Flash and accept cookies, but it didn't help. Have any of the moderators spoken on this? I've been having this issue since May, and I miss playing:/

The game currently works for most players on the Firefox browser.

Like Mia said, Firefox is your best bet right now.

You may get stuck on the hourglass screen, which I am still trying to figure out, but until we have better answers or until/if our developers become active again you can check this thread for possible solutions.

I've been having the same issue! I tried firefox a long time ago but with no avail. I'll try again, but it's been so unfortunate that this problem has been lasting this long..

I can't get on either. I already have two servers, I cannot keep downloading more.

I used Chrome for the game but it has not worked for a while yet FireFox is letting me into the game until it stops again
